Farzeen Noorie
HR Consultant & Professional Coach(ICF)
Farzeen Noorie is an Executive Coach (PCC) and a passionate HR professional who has over a 15 years of experience in India and GCC.
She is a computer engineer and psychologist armed with an MBA in Human Resources and an Associate CIPD(UK). Farzeen has experience in managing client expectations across various industries . She has worked in international consulting firms in UAE and as Corporate Head of HR for a leading healthcare group in Oman. She is a certified Hogan and Podium assessor(psychometric assessments). She is enthusiastic about learning and constantly strives to keep herself updated with current and emerging practices in the world of business and HR.
She believes in the power of the individual and insists on “building up” rather than tearing down others. She is an ICF certified Professional coach whose vision is to create a positive impact in her client’s lives.
Farzeen is also the author of the award-winning Rainbow Dorm Diaries- The Yellow Dorm.
Neha Rao
Recruitment Consultant
Neha Rao is our Recruitment Consultant. She has completed her B.E-Biomedical Engineering and has an MBA in Healthcare Services. She has 6 years of experience in the Healthcare Sector administration. She has been part of Ascend Consulting since its inception in March 2021.
She is highly motivated, professional, and result-oriented.
