After the introduction of the new Omani labour law in Oct 2023, Farzeen advised Bondoni on the changes, upgraded our employment contracts( Omani and expat) and handbook. She was an excellent choice as her advice and deliveries were very professional and on time ( including translations). Bondoni now uses Ascend (Farzeen’s company) for all HR advisory (non legal) services.

In my experience unfortunately too often "HR Professional" is a contradiction, but Farzeen has gone some way to restoring my faith in the fundamental role of HR to enable and facilitate the success of the operations and production on which ultimately the whole commercial success of the company depends.
